Made from durable Harden Steel, this 23-T pinion with a 1.0 metric pitch is designed to fit a 5mm shaft and comes with a set screw for easy installation.

When it comes to gear adjustment, we recommend using a piece of paper, ideally note paper, to ensure a perfect fit. Simply cut a piece of paper approximately 1/2” x 3” and insert it between the pinion and spur gears. Apply around 1 lb of force on the motor to ensure that the gear’s teeth mesh properly. Once you have done this, tighten down the motor mount screws according to the manufacturer's guidelines and remove the paper.
